TPRKB belongs to the CGI121/TPRKB family. It is widely expressed and localized to nucleus and cytoplasm. This protein Interacts with TP53RK/PRPK. Recombinant human TPRKB protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
