Recombinant human MYL7 protein
MYL7 protein is a atrial isoform of myosin regulatory light chain 2 (MYL2) . Myosin is an hexamer of 2 heavy chains and 4 light chains. MYL7 is predominantly expressed in adult atrial muscle. Recombinant human MYL7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
