Recombinant human PD-L1/B7-H1 protein (CD274)
CD274, also known as programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PDCD1L1), is involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG, in an IL2-dependent and a PDCD1-independent manner. This protein interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. Recombinant human CD274 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
