Recombinant human IFN-alpha 14/IFNA14 protein
IFNA14, also known as interferon alpha-14, is produced by macrophages, IFN-alpha have antiviral activities. Interferon stimulates the production of two enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase. Recombinant human IFNA14 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
