Recombinant human BCAT1 protein
BCAT1, also known as branched chain amino-acid transaminase, cytosolic, catalyzes the first reaction in the catabolism of the essential branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Recombinant human BCAT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
