Recombinant human SAT2 protein
SAT2, also known as diamine acetyltransferase 2, is an enzyme that catalyzes the acetylation of polyamines (Acetyl-CoA + an alkane-alpha, omega-diamine = CoA + an N-acetyldiamine) . Recombinant human SAT2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
