Recombinant human Casein beta/CSN2 protein
CSN2, also known as beta-casein precursor, belongs to the beta-casein family. CSN2 has important role in determination of the surface properties of the casein micelles. Recombinant human CSN2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
