Recombinant human Annexin A10/ANXA10 protein
ANXA10, also known as Annexin A10, belongs to the annexin family of calcium-binding proteins contains several family members that are characterized by a conserved core domain, which binds phospholipids in a Ca2+-dependent manner, and a unique amino-terminal region, which may confer binding specificity. This protein contains four annexin domains and may be involved in the regulation of cellular growth and signal transduction pathways throughout the cell. Recombinant human ANXA10 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
