Recombinant human HNRNPA1 protein
HNRNPA1, also known as heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1, involved in the packaging of pre-mRNA into hnRNP particles, transport of poly (A) mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm and may modulate splice site selection. This protein may play a role in HCV RNA replication. Recombinant human HNRNPA1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
