Recombinant human PSAT1 protein
PSAT1, also known as phosphoserine aminotransferase, catalyses the conversion of 3-phosphohydroxypyruvate into 3-phosphoserine which is dephosphorylated subsequently by phosphoserine phosphatase to form L-serine. Recombinant human PSAT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
