Recombinant human TRPT1 protein
TRPT1, also known as tRNA 2'-phosphotransferase 1, catalyzes the last step of tRNA splicing, the transfer of the splice junction 2'-phosphate from ligated tRNA to NAD to produce ADP-ribose 1''-2'' cyclic phosphate. Recombinant human TRPT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
