Recombinant human NAP1L1 protein
NAP1L1, also known as nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1, belongs to the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Recombinant human NAP1L1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
