Recombinant human SNRPD3 protein
SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified. Recombinant human SNRPD3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
