Recombinant human GNAI1 protein
GNAI1, also known as guanine nucleotide-binding protein G (i) subunit alpha, functions to relay information from cell surface receptors to intracellular effectors. Also this protein functions to open atrial potassium channels. Recombinant human GNAI1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
