Recombinant human MAD2L1 protein
MAD2L1, also known as MAD2L1-binding protein, is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. Recombinant human MAD2L1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
