Recombinant human MYL12A protein
MYL12A, also known as myosin regulatory light chain 12A, plays an important role in regulation of both smooth muscle and nonmuscle cell contractile activity via its phosphorylation. This protein implicated in cytokinesis, receptor capping, and cell locomotion. Recombinant human MYL12A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
