Recombinant human SNX3 protein
Sorting nexin 3 (SNX3), also known as SDP3, is a member of the large family of hydrophilic proteins that interact with a variety of receptor types and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein interacts with phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate, and is involved in protein trafficking. SNX3 comprises a distinct subgroup of nexins that share less sequence similarity outside of the PX domain and have dramatically different binding affinities for the tyrosine kinase receptors. Recombinant human SNX3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
