Recombinant human AG-3 protein
AGR3, also known as anterior gradient protein 3 homolog precursor, is a secreted cytoplasmic protein which is involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumour supressor inhibition. It may serve as molecular marker and potential therapeutic target for hormone-responsive breast tumours. Recombinant human AGR3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
