PRTFDC1, also known as phosphoribosyltransferase domain-containing protein 1, belongs to the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family. Recombinant human PRTFDC1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
