Recombinant human NUDT9 protein
NuDT9 belongs to a superfamily of Nudix hydrolases. It is known to function as a highly specific adenosine diphosphate ribose pyrophosphatase that hydrolyzes ADP ribose to AMP and ribose 5'-phosphate. It has been suggested that NuDT9 may be involved in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and may be related to the proliferation of glandular cells in the human endometrium. Recombinant human NuDT9 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
