Recombinant human Otubain-2/OTUB2 protein
OTuB2 (ubiquitin thioesterase OTuB2) belongs to the peptidase C65 family. OTuB2 functions as a hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro and may therefore play an important regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation. Recombinant human OTuB2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
