Recombinant human RhoD protein
Rho-related GTP-binding protein, also known as RhoD, belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. The small GTPase Rho D contributes to rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton and cell surface and also governs endosome motility and distribution. Recombinant human RhoD protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
