Recombinant human RCN2 protein
RCN2, also known as reticulocalbin-2, is belongs to the CREC protein family. RCN2 is a calcium-binding protein located in the lumen of the ER. This protein contains six conserved regions with similarity to a high affinity Ca (+2) -binding motif, the EF-hand. Recombinant human RCN2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
