Recombinant human LYPLA2 protein
Acyl-protein thioesterase 2, also known LYPLA2, is lysophospholipase that acts on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. This protein may hydrolyze fatty acids from S-acylated cysteine residues in proteins such as trimeric G alpha proteins or HRAS. Recombinant human LYPLA2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
