Recombinant human RAB7A protein
Ras-related protein Rab-7a, also known as RAB7A, is a member of the Ras superfamily of small Rab GTPases. RAB7A associates with the RIPL effector protein to control membrane trafficking from early to late endosome and to lysosomes. RAB7A has also been shown to regulate growth receptor endocytic trafficking, degradation, maturation of phagosome and autophagic vacuoles. Recombinant human RAB7A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
