Recombinant human PRL-1/PTP4A1 protein
PTP4A1, also known as protein tyrosine phosphatase type IVA 1, is cell signaling molecule that plays regulatory roles in a variety of cellular processes. This protein is a unique nuclear PTP that is induced in regenerating liver and mitogen stimulated cells. It is primarily expressed in spleen, bone marrow, thymus, lymph nodes, T lymphocytes and tonsil and is overexpressed in tumor cell lines. Recombinant human PTP4A1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
