Recombinant mouse LYPLA1 protein
LYPLA1 is lysophospholipase that acts on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. This protein hydrolyzes fatty acids from S-acylated cysteine residues in proteins such as trimeric G alpha proteins or HRAS and also has depalmitoylating activity. Recombinant mouse LYPLA1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques
