Recombinant human ANP32A protein
ANP32A (acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A) has been shown to interact with MAP1B, TAF1A and Protein SET. This protein Implicated in a number of cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, caspase-dependent and caspase-independent apoptosis. Also, it plays a role in E4F1-mediated transcriptional repression. Recombinant human ANP32A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
