Recombinant human RAC1 protein
Rac1, belonging to the Rho small GTPase family, regulates the actin cytoskeleton but also other cellular processes. RAC1 have been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell-cell adhesion. Recombinant human RAC1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
