WiDr Lysate
WiDr cells are established from a 78 year old female with colon adenocarcinoma. The cells are negative for colon antigen 3 expression and positive for keratin by immunoperoxidase staining. WiDr cells expressed p53 antigen. Growth of WiDR cells is inhibited by tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) . Inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase are highly cytotoxic to WiDR cells.
