PLEKHA3 cDNA
PLEKHA3 (Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family A member 3) is involved in Golgi to cell surface membrane traffic and induces membrane tubulation. It binds specifically to phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate (PtdIns4P), but not to other phosphoinositides.
