Human RalA/RalB antibody

RalA and RalB belong to subfamily of Ras-related GTPases. This protein mediates a distinct downstream signaling pathway from Ras that facilitates cellular transformation. It is also thought to be involved in numerous signaling cascades, including regulation of the cytoskeleton, vesicletrafficking, and endocytosis. RalA and RalB share 85% identity.

FACS Description

Flow cytometry analysis of RalA/RalB in HeLa cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0590 at 2-5ug for 1x10^6cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray) .
