Human Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 antibody

HDAC2 belongs to the histone deacetylase family that act via the formation of large multiprotein complexes and are responsible for the deacetylation of lysine residues on the N-terminal region of the core histones. It forms transcriptional repressor complexes by associating with many different proteins, including YY1, a mammalian zinc-finger transcription factor. It also plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression and developmental events.

FACS Description

Flow cytometry analysis of HDAC2 in A549 cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0510 at 2-5ug for 1x10^6cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (blue), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (black) .

IF Description

ICC/IF analysis of HDAC2 in HeLa cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0510 (1:100) . The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue) .
