Human HPRT antibody

HPRT is a transferase, which catalyzes conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate via transfer of the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate. HPRT, which acts as a catalyst in the reaction between guanine and phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate to form GMP, functions primarily to salvage purines from degraded DNA to renewed purine synthesis.

Applications Notes

FACS Description

Flow cytometry analysis of HPRT in A549 cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0496 at 2-5ug for 1x106cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray) .

IF Description
