Human PGP9.5/UCHL1 antibody

PGP9. 5/UCH-L1 is a member of a gene family whose products hydrolyze small C-terminal adducts of ubiquitin to generate the ubiquitin monomer. PGP9. 5 is a component of the ubiquitin system, which has a fundamental role in regulating various biological activities. PGP9. 5 gene encodes two opposing enzymatic activities that affect alpha-synuclein degradation and Parkinson's disease susceptibility.

IHC description

Paraffin embedded sections of human nerve tissue were incubated with anti-human PGP9.5 (1:100) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB) .

IF Description

ICC/IF analysis of PGP9.5 in U87MG cells. The cell was stained with APG0714 (1:100) . The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue) .
