Razoxane
Razoxane (ICRF 159), a EDTA derivative, is an orally active antiangiogenic topoisomerase II inhibitor. Razoxane has antineoplastic, antiangiogenic, and antimetastatic activities. Razoxanecan be used for the research of renal cell carcinoma (RCC), lung cancer and melanoma cancer[1][2].
