Poseltinib effectively inhibits the signaling mediated by B cell receptors (BCR), Fc receptors (FcR), and Toll-like receptors (TLR) . Poseltinib has anti-inflammatory activity and can be used in the research of rheumatoid arthritis[1][2][3].
