CF®660C Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Highly Cross-Adsorbed, single label for STORM, 1 mg/mL

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®660C dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF®660C dye has excitation/emission at 667/685 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rat, and sheep serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
