CF®350 Donkey Anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) (H+L), Highly Cross-Adsorbed, 2 mg/mL

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-chicken IgY (H+L) with CF®350 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF®350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350, CF®405S, and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.
