CF®405M Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Highly Cross-Adsorbed
This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF®405M dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF®405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350, CF®405S, and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.
