PPM1A Human

Protein Phosphatase 1A Alpha Isoform Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 418 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 46.6KDa (containing a 36 aa His tag, T7 gene 10 leader, XpressTM Epitope) . The protein coding region of PPM1A (amino acids 1-382) was cloned into an E. coli expression vector (BamHI/Hind3 site) . PP2Ca was overexpressed in E. coli as a soluble His-tag fusion protein, and it was purified by conventional column chromatographic techniques.
