Multi-branch Manifold Membrane Filtration

1: Place disinfected membrane on sterilized filter bolster. 2: Put on disinfected funnel and fill in liquid sample. 3: Start vacuum pump and adjust to -0.5 atmospheric pressure, and open corresponding valve to begin leaching. 4: After leaching (filtering), take the membrane and put it (them) on Petri dish (with medium) to incubate and for further analysis.
