Mesopram
Mesopram (Daxalipram) is an orally active phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4 inhibitor. Mesopram inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IFN-γ. Mesopram demonstrates efficacy in ameliorating Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) (HY-116282C) -induced murine colitis. Mesopram can be used for the study of chronic inflammatory diseases[1][2].
