Rebaudioside M, a glycoside of the ent-kaurene diterpenoid aglycone, is a non-calorie sweetener isolated from Stevia rebaudiana. Rebaudioside M has antidiabetics, antihypertension, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticaries and anticancer benefits. Rebaudioside M is more than 350 times sweeter than sucrose.
