Contributes to the regulation of AURKA function. Regulates TP53 stability through phosphorylation of TOPORS. Phosphorylates NEDD1. NEDD1 phosphorylation promotes subsequent targeting of the gamma-tubulin ring complex (gTuRC) to the centrosome, an important step for spindle formation.
