Dilution
Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try at; IHC-P: Use a concentration of 5 μg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol WB: 1μg/ml staining in HeLa (0.1μg/ml) staining in HepG2. Detects a band of approximately 42 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa) ICC/IF: 1/100 on paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton.
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
