CD5 Antibody (PE)

Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE which recognizes that also designated Lyt-1 that has been identified as a transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed on 70% of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes and on virtually all T lymphocytes in thymus and peripheral blood. It plays role as a receptor in regulating T-cell proliferation. CD5 interacts with CD72/LYB-2. CD5 is expressed at various developmental and activation stages on human B cells.

Applications Notes

Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
