CD107b Antibody (PE)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE which recognizes CD107b that is also known as LAMP2, is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. LAMP2 is expressed in the membranes of intracellular granules that contain effector molecules such as perforin, granzymes, eicosanoids, and histamine. It may function in protection of the lysosomal membrane from autodigestion, maintenance of the acidic environment of the lysosome, adhesion.
