CD55 Antibody (PE)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE which recognizes CD55 that belongs to the receptors of complement activation (RCA) family. It expressed on the plasma membranes of all cell types that are in intimate contact with plasma complement proteins. CD55 may play a role in protecting cells from complement-mediated lysis by preventing the amplification steps of the complement cascade.

Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
