CD8b Antibody (FITC)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD8B that also known as P37 and LEU2. CD8 is thought to play a role in the process of T-cell mediated killing. CD8 binds to MHC class I and plays a role in T cell development and activation of mature T cells. The CD8 antigen is a cell surface glycoprotein found on most cytotoxic T lymphocytes that mediates efficient cell-cell interactions within the immune system.
